If you book online you have the  option to select which 'unit' you will be in. And can add or amend you unit online as well.

Although when I looked at adding our Hiace camper'(basic self build), it required me to select a manufacturer from a drop down list..

There was an "Other" option but even that said

If it's a decent enough conversion, you'd probably be okay. Although ours would(should!)) meet their criteria, but as it looks quite  basic we didn't  proceed(..and we only really use it for festivals anyway).

Well, with a tidy 2012 T5, you'd have a far better chance of being "accepted", than we would with our ..*cough*...somewhat  rustic, 2001 Hiace festival van

Although ours would, just about, meet that, we didn't what to risk any stand up rows when booking it....it wouldn't be the best way to start a weekend away......

(..and besides, they can get "funny" enough about parking the right distance from their little pegs! )

So with the Hiace, we now just use a few, well tried, "non-club" sites...
