Hi Everyone! Can anyone recommend an overnight stopover on way from Northwest to St. Austell, Cornwall? Maybe somewhere south of Bristol, close to a junction of the M5 with easy access? Thanks in advance!:0)

Not sure if further down that you require but Minnows CC site is seconds from junction 27 of the M5 about 20 minutes East of Exeter. Easy access and ideal for stop over. Site borders canal path for Grand Western Canal and is quite pretty (road noise though)
I second Minnows, we've been twice once as a stopover like yourself but also once as a midweek break for walking the canal (the site has its own access to the canal) if you stay the reception end its quieter, didn't notice the road myself
------------- rescue - my favourite breed of dog :-)
Hi Guys, thank you both for taking the time to help us out. Unforunately it's probably a little too far for us to travel. We can only set off from home around 6pm (from Bolton, Lancashire), so our arrival would be really late if we travelled that distance. We stopped over at a site in Clevedon last time, but that site doesn't take caravans anymore. If anyone knows of a site in that general area, close to a junction, that'd be great. Thanks again everyone! :0)

Hortham Farm, a CL near the M4/M5 interchange, doesn't have loos/showers though, if you need them, and you do need to be a Caravan Club member. Obviously north of Bristol though. Gets booked up quickly.
Hi Grolsch, best bet is to go on Google maps and enter Caravan sites in search box. Sites will show as red dots across all of the UK. Then move the map to the area your looking at and zoom in a bit using '+ and -' buttons, pick a site and check reviews either here or elsewhere, tripadvisor maybe.
