We are a new group set up from a group of parents with children suffering with type 1 diabetes. It started with a post on a Facebook forum 4 weeks ago about a possible get together at a camp and has ballooned into over 200+ families UK wide that are interested.
We are looking for a site to host our group on the 1st ,2nd, 3rd May 2015 and possibly an annual thing.
The site must be central England within 100 mile radius of Leeds with the options for accommodation eg tents caravans with hook up possible rent caravans or other forms of accommodation. If you feel you could be of assistance I can be contacted on diatepees at talktalk.net let me know what you can offer

What you need is a rally field as there are plenty that could possibly cater for your needs in the midlands region except the only disadvantage is the amount of electric hook up's that you may require on one site. Some rally fields have a few pitches with minimal electric hooks up's mainly for the marshals or stewards to cater for tea and coffee making etc.
Due to the interest raised on Facebook regarding parents with children having type 1 Diabetes, you may want to extend the interest nationally by listing your club below as there are plenty of folks who are not connected to social network websites that may locate your club via this particular website.

Try Vale of Pickering, North Yorkshire, they have a ralley field. There was a Mini car ralley booked in June with entertainment on the field. Been there many times to camp. Lovely site. Great play area for kids. Not sure about renting caravans though, but worth a phone call. Other sites in area.
