My little boy and our family receive a lot of support and help by a charity called Diversions, they help children with bladder and bowel conditions.
Anyway, we have just come back from a weekend camping trip with them. There were some complaints about the venue so I though I would ask you lovely people if you could recommend somewhere which meets the following criteria:-
North Wales or England
Takes caravans, tents and some form of bunkhouse or other self catering accommodation
Will allow caravans and tents to stay together
Will allow our group to gather for a barbecue in the evenings
Must have electric hook up
Must have toilet facilities due to our children's needs
We are a very well behaved group, there were approximately 15 families this weekend so needs to be able to accommodate that many.
I would be very grateful for any suggestions/recommendations
Thank you

I'm assuming the complaints were valid. Not all campsites cater well for groups with difficulties or disabilities.
I can think of a lot of sites which offer most of your requirements, but the bunkhouse for self-catering would be a difficult one to find. Would you consider taking an event shelter and doing your cooking etc. as a group in the field?

I would look at Scout Camps as they are most likely to meet your needs. Ring them separately and see if they will allow you to book and use their facilities as a Charity. I know some take outside bookings.
Rhos Caravan Park in Anglsey allow tents and caravans to mix, about 15 mins from the bridge.
You could also try The Green in Bishops Castle Shropshire, they have an "Island" around a stream about 5 tents can be fitted on, on the other side of the stream caravans can be sited, about a minute walk. This island can serve as "base" as they allow gazebos. Nice pub with food at the top of the road.
