Hi All.
Does anybody know of any Touring Caravan sites that have an indoor swimming pool, there is just myself and my wife, no kids and we are both in our 50s, we would like to find a site with a nice indoor pool OR attached to a Spa club that has Pool and Sauna, Steam Room. we live in York and I have managed to grab a week off work so we are not looking for something at the far end of the UK, lets face it, with just a week, we don't want to use 2 days of our holiday travelling. any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Ripley caravan site near Harrogate has a pool, not sure about spa or sauna though. J x

Think Ripley is quite small. Has Rudding Park not got those facilities within their grounds.

There's a small site oop North England that has a small swimming pool that you hire privately. I once booked but had to cancel due to a family crises. If I find or remember the name I'll post - unless anyone else knows the one I mean?

SILECROFT CARAVAN PARK CUMBRIA has indoor pool, 100yds from beach about 3 miles from Millom 4 from Haverigg
Not far from Whitehaven Workington                 Remember the taxi driver that shot his brother and went on rampage with shotgun then committed suicide outside farm in Bootle,               I use to winter storage at the farm. Railway arms Silecroft station use to do great food lamb off spit but alas has now closed.

Don't know if its too close to home but there is Goose wood in York and also Cawood in Selby both have indoor pools and restaurants. Further afield there is Beaconsfield in Derbyshire that one is adult only also with an indoor pool and a restaurant. We have been to all three and are good sites.
