Hi all,

Looking for s camp site around Weston Super Mare for a change (instead of Cornwall) that has activities or play area's for children between 5 and 8 years old and allows pets and not too far from the beach if possible.

Any recommendations ?

Warren Farm in Brean, very dog/child friendly. fabulous beach.

I'd seen the Warren Farm website and it looked very good, but there's nothing better than word of mouth, some sines look great but when you get there it's not what you'd hoped for.

If you use Warren Farm's sister site (Sunnyside) right next door to Warren farm, the children's play area is in the centre of the field with all the units along the outside of the field so the kids are in full view from every pitch. It is slightly quieter and smaller than Warren Farm itself. Alternatively there are other campsites along the Brean beach road with lots of activities and amusements.

I forgot to mention as the wife has reminded me we would want an electric hook up for our tent .

Warren Farm have ehu for tents, the dog walks they have are really great. and just a few mins walk to beach or you can drive on to beach. Just note if you want a paddle make sure to check tide times and go when tide is in!

I would also recommend Warren Farm, cant really add anything to what's already been mentioned.

Northam Farm is also very good, dog walk not as open as Warren but great park too. Walkway to the beach is opposite park entrance so easy access.
