I can't recommend a campsite but I have two cairn terriers, I would love another but not sure if I could cope with 3. We have a boy Sonny he is two and his half sister Isla who is one. They certainly keep us on our toes!!
Most CCC sites accept dogs, I believe, but many places don't allow dogs on the beach between May and September. It's a problem we often face when taking our little Australian Terrier. Some places allow them on certain parts of the beach, but not all.
we have 3 westies. stayed at Padstow Touring Park and Carnon Downs near Truro. Both excellent sites. Padstow walk into town but not much walking from Canon Downs. You would need to drive or get bus. Fantastic pitches though and very dog friendly. This year we heading to Gwithian Farm nr St Ives. Many sites allow 2 dogs but not 3 regardless of size. PM me if you want any info.

Thanks FNot I found this site but was not sure if they would take 3 I. Was going to phone them. It has lovely views over the sea. We found a lovely site this year near Ilfracombe called Damage Barton right on cliff top but they would not take the 3 even when I. Explained the 3 together don't make a labrador. Great if you only have 2 Dogs.
Hi Monks thanks for your post. If you ever think you want another don't forget the Cairn Rescue there is often a liitle dog looking for a home nott through any fault of its own but divorces and deaths affect the dogs.
Chris Roberts runs the Rescue. I am ass. Secretary of Southern Cairn Terrier club we have a site which also. Has a puppy liason person who can tell of any puppies for sale. better than puppy farms as all the breeders have to be registered with. K. C.
Debbiemc i often look on the Cairn Rescue website, it is something I would consider in the future. Some of the successful re-homing stories are lovely to read. X

Our little Australian Terrier Benji is a rescue, as we only ever have rescue dogs. We have had all sorts over many years, but the one that we have now is the smallest so far. He loves travelling and he loves the caravan.
Just thought Monks have a weekend in the Oxford area end of June and you can bring your two to the Cairn Fun Day
which is held at Lewknor between Oxford and High Wycombe
5 mins from M40.
Its like a fete for Cairns or others where they have races and fancy dress , stripping lessons ( the dogs not you) and various stalls where the owners just chat to other Cairnites and the dogs play.
Let me know if you are interested and I can send you details or look it up under Cairn Funday 2015
debbiemc, i thought Damage Barton had both camping & caravanning club and caravan club sites neither of which have restrictions on number of dogs (or not that i have experienced anyway). is it private site you looking at? Last sumner we went to South Lychett in Dorset and then THe Old Oaks at Glastonbury both of which were fabulous for dogs and no issues with having 3.
I would love to go to the Cairn Terrier weekend, it looks fab, my youngest daughter would be in Cairn Terrier heaven!! Unfortunately though we aren't able to go that weekend but we maybe there in 2016.
