I have tried to do a search but start pulling my hair out.
Can anyone recommend a 'glamping' site in The Lake District that is quite close to a pub to walk to for a meal in the evening.
Not to fussed to whether its a Pod, Yurt or , anything like that really.
If anyone has any recommendations I would really appreciate it :)
Thanks in advance

Check out Eskdale C&CC site in the western lakes. Lovely site which has pods. Short walk into the village which has 2 very good pubs which do good food.

I have stayed in the pods at castlerigg .... Lovely site and has shop, bar etc ...campers kitchen. The pods are carpeted with lights and heater and are very close to a little toilet block.
Rydal hall in Ambleside has pods and yurts...have stayed in the yurts, they are amazing ... All set on the elevated bit of the camping fields ... They have a tea room and a 10 min walk from the site is the badger pub.
