Which part of Nottingham? It is a rather large county, you could try googling for Elvaston Castle, just over the Derbyshire boarder, that has a couple of campsites, Sherwood forest to the North of the county, or the Belper CC site, and a couple of smaller sites in the area which are within easy access by both car or public transport directly into the Nottingham city centre. I dont know of any with swimming pools, although there are plenty of leisure centres that are open to the public in the area.
