even though I use the search facility on this site its no match to personal recommendation from other campers, as we dog walkers know, exercise facilties vary hugely.
We prefer sites that have good walking from the site so as we dont move the MH once pitched & its nice to have an offlead exercise area if possible
------------- rescue - my favourite breed of dog :-)

Hello, last year we went to Cobbs Hill caravan & camping park in Bexhill on Sea, with our new rescue dog of 6 weeks.... The dog walking area is a large field on a good slope but not 100 % secure fence as The road side is hedge and did not quite trust this. But as such a new dog we kept him on his extendable lead and walked / ran around 3 or 4 times to try and wear him (& me out). You could quite happily use a ball thrower and the dog would get great expertise and a dog bin is by the entrance.
The site was friendly but no views and we were in a tent, even went to Eastbourne for the Air show with dog - part of socialising.
Quite a few permanent caravans and the one we were next to kindly gave us shelter and a cuppa when we arrived and the heavens opened,
Hope you find a good site but this one is worth a look

We've just been to fairfields farm near eastbourne with the dog. I would say that it was absolutely fine for her and as a campsite - great. My husband took her on some walks nearby. I'm not going to say it was brilliant as it was her first time camping and I suspect we will become more used to what works and maybe become more fussy but the site was friendly and fine.
