Is it for this summer in the school holidays? If it is you might struggle to find a site to fit the bill as most get booked up. Some may have had cancellations so it's worth ringing to check a few though.
Carlyon Bay just outside St Austell is quite good for kids, we stayed when our daughter was 5 and she loved it. Outdoor pool, crazy golf, playground etc and they have child friendly entertainment every other night. Close to the beach and a lot of good attractions nearby including the Eden Project.

If you want to walk straight onto the beach ,Pentewan Sands, been there for 38 years with our children and then grandchildren .You will find it gets booked up quickly as so popular .Not cheap.
We have never stayed there but have a look at Hendra near Newquay,we had a look round a couple of years ago when we were looking for another site.Everthing for the kids on a very well kept site and has good reviews.

Now....
Tollgate Farm. Has animals in a side area which you can feed at 10 am every day (has handwash). I could also see the play area and play field from the washing up area on the side of the wash block.
Wins award (from me)as most helpful site owner/person in the office in person & on the phone. Asked for beach to drive to. Gave directions, marked on map, told where to park & how much - said it would suit our family as knew ages of little ones (don't need a teenage hangout area).
Willow Park at Bude - not done a review yet but went at whitsun for a week.
Has large triangle of grass in front of tent to play ball games. Also has large play park. Shower cubicles have 2 showers in them (upper and lower shower head) for adult and child at same time. Must be about 5 ft wide and 7 ft long cubicle with area for clothes that stays dry. 3 hooks and a sitting area.
Pitch is huge -it fitted monty 6 plus awning (1 metre long) and guys. Not much space left. BUT also had a picnic table and chairs from the site (wooden thing), large car, trailer, washing line, room for our table and 5 chairs and a bit more space.
