Hi - I am seeking a caravan site which can be easily accessed by public transport and is within easy reach of London and which can be used as a base by my 89 year old father to visit relatives and my mother's grave for 3 nights each month. Ideally we would want to leave a caravan on site, either static or a tourer on a seasonal or year round basis. My father can no longer drive. Any help much appreciated. On site facilities and charges are less important than proximity to reasonable public transport.

Where abouts in London do you want to be near? We have recently been the CC site at Abbey Wood on the east side of London (review to follow) and that has good transport links. There is a bus to Greenwich or train direct into central London.
