Create a site that you would like & you should end up with campers who share your idea of camping. You will never please everybody & may end up with a site you don't actually like trying to!!
We annually visit a beautiful, but basic site ran by a wise ald lady for over 30yrs & she tells us "The less there is, the less can go wrong"
Seems fair enough!
