Hi,

We are on the search for a camp site that could handle apx 300-400 people for a week or 3/5 days in late May/June or July. Our friends are a mix of campers, caravan owners and camper van users who enjoy eating and drinking in a sites restaurant and bar (Average age 50yrs so we are house trained, polite and well behaved). In the past we have enjoyed Cornwall and would now like to visit a new site in the Devon/Dorset or Somerset area.Ideally we would like to have exclusive use of the site.

There's a list of sites with rally fields here. Now all you have to do is find one with the space and the catering facilities you need!

Did you really mean 300 (three hundred) to 400? You've got a lot of camping friends! I'm impressed. At 2 per unit, you're looking for a rally site (with a big restaurant) that takes 150 -200 caravans & tents etc. As I prefer most much smaller sites, I can't help but you're wise to start looking now.

Hi,

yep your right Fiona, we are looking for a site that can handle about 150 to 200 caravans or tents. The event has sort of grown really, with more people coming every year. This will be the 9th year we have run the event and its due to its popularity that we find ourselves having problems finding a suitable venue. The hunt continues....

You could try Holiday Resort Unity, they have several fields so you might be able to get some sort of deal
