I have just been looking on here at the reviews and found some nice looking ones ... also going to look around the East Coast area now ... any suggestions .
We went to Flower of May campsite, between Filey and Scarborough.
Not a bad site but not my cup of tea,but there was a camping and caravan club site just down the road that looked ok.

we went to scalby manor in July (C&CC Site) really enjoyed it, nice site, with an enclosed dog walk if you need it, Crown carvery pub just outside site, path through to it, a nice walk (weather permitting) down via the coastal path to the really nice Scalby Mills pub great food dogs allowed inside, really nice walk into north bay and beyond, We joined C&CC just to go to this site (wife was born in Scarborough haven't been in yonks!!)
The site was in a fantastic area, there was a great dog walk that took over the cliffs with great views, but the site was not for us.
It was ..lets see how many caravans we can get on,felt on top of one another, kids kicking balls round the caravans, etc
Not for us.
