Why don't you use the Search facility and tick the Rally box... And tick other stuff you want, like campfires allowed or toilets or whatever. You may want somewhere that has a static for folk who want to be there but don't do camping, so maybe tick that too. I go away every year with a group - tent / motorhomes / static / dogs - you'll have a great time.
And I'm sure the ideas for specific sites will come rolling in soon from folk that know that part of the world.
