I was at Penhalt farm last year, plenty of space there. the guy was pretty easy going, lovely views, nice site.

Willow Valley
They have large pitches. Some had ehu.
We had our car, trailer, Montana 6p plus extension (the covered one with no door), wooden picnic table and chairs (belongs to the site, 1st come, 1st served!), room to eat with table and 5 chairs.
There is no pool, or clubhouse as these are not my cup of tea! Has playpark, on a hill sloping away from the A road it is on. You can hear the cars from the tent at night with the stream. However not many cars go by at night.
