I wonder whether Laverick Hall at Halton, near Lancaster would be able to accommodate you? It's not a CL any more, but can take up 10 units, was £15 per night, not sure if the price has increased now. It's a lovely site with facilities.

CL's or CS's will have to have all units present to be a member of the relevant Club, plus they only allow 5 units.
You need to look at rally sites.

I didn't realise from your first post that you were a mixture of caravans/motorcaravans and tents. As has been said, CLs are usually not for tents, in theory you need to be a member and again in theory only 5 units are allowed. I have been to sites that don't ask for membership details and take more than 5 units, but can't think of any in your specified area.
LlaniDavis has a good point, phone the sites.

Maybe Four Winds at Prestatyn
they have a rally field, its a bit out of town in a very peaceful area, plenty of space for kids to run around and only 5-10 minutes drive to town and the beach.

What about wittingham and goosenarg social club wittingham preston pr3 2je,use of the social club and if required a free little room holds about 25 folks and the cost is £10 a night including ehu and admission to the club
