We are towing to the North york Moors site just outside Whitby next week.

Its a fair old tow (336 miles) and as the Mrs is in work until 10pm on the Sunday night my plan was to travel overnight inorder to avoid all the traffic.

Obviously we wont be able to get on site until midday so am looking for somewhere to pull in, have a brew and get my head down for a few hours when we've got past York.

Suggestions from people in the know most welcome.

You beat me to it with that suggestion. I've pulled in there a few times when travelling that way, they do a really good breakfast

I can't think of anywhere else but just to mention, last time I passed by the Highwayman, there was a sign saying Goodbye from us and good luck to the new owners.

There are some good large lay-bys on A169 road up to Pickering the
A64 is very busy road may be worth that extra 20 minutes or so drive
