Looking for a site for on our way home to Yorkshire in July. We'll have been in Suffolk and then North Norfolk and would like 2 more nights before heading back north.
Looked at sites around Rutland and Stamford, don't know that area at all, nothing jumping out.
Prefer EHU and small sites, adult only is fine.
Walking distance to a pub would make it perfect! Yeah I know, don't want much!
We visit the Peak district regularly, so not there thanks.
Many thanks in advance for any help.

Can recommend THE LODGE TRUST caravan Site for CC and C&CC members. Well runs site in Market Overton in Rutland. Lovely cafe on site See their review on here.
Thanks very much Wilbur. Looks lovely but not club members and still deliberating on joining.
OH was made redundant last year, thankfully now in work again after 9 months, so trying to keep costs down to get back on track. Does the membership work out financially?
We normally do a weekend a month and 2 longer stays per year.
Difficult I know to answer, but as an example, I know that our English Heritage membership saves us a fortune, would it be similar?
Thanks for any input.
Rutland caravan and camping site just off the A1 is nice, it has an adult only part if you don't want kids around and is a nice easy walk to the village for a pub. Non members are allowed as it's an affiliated site.
We stayed Feb half term,

Would also recommend the site at Greetham. 3 pubs within 10 minutes walk, when I was last there only The Plough was dog friendly but I think the "middle" pub now also lets dogs in. Plenty of good walking in the area.
