Can anyone recommend a caravan site anywhere in wales, south west or south east of England that caters well for dogs with on site good size dog walking area and good safe walking from the site. Inland or coast not bothered. We're getting a puppy Labrador soon is the reason for asking.

just back from the kingsbury water park,caravan and camping club site.near birmingham. great site with the water park all around, miles of paths and tracks.

Norden Farm campsite near Corfe Castle and Swanage in Dorset has a dedicated wet room and shower for dogs. I am not sure about an on-site dog walking area but there are so many off-road walks available directly from the site that you may not need one.

Ross Park in Devon has excellent facilities for dogs. The dog walk is a very large field with interest of trees etc and it's safe to let dogs off the lead. There's also a couple of other areas on site to walk the dog (on lead) they have a dog shower area and dogs are allowed to accompany you in the conservatory. The site itself is also very nice for anyone without a pet! Individual bathrooms and really nice pitches. It's the first site we stayed at when we got our dog.
