My friends did this (only because the site was full) and left their van on a croft - no charge but a bottle of the good stuff will always be gratefully received as thanks. I know Skye's attached to the mainland now but generally people in the Highland and Islands respect other people's property - many of us rarely lock up if we're popping out to the shop, etc. Just don't tell the insurance companies!!
