Hi,
After some fabulous recommendations from here, last year we successfully camped in Woodlands holiday park in Devon (fabulous week, bit pricey!)and in Sequioa park France.
So this year, we are on a bit of a budget, looking for a week in May half term in Norfolk (Cromer maybe?)
and maybe a week in Suffolk at the start of the summer hols.
Any ideas? we don't like Butlins/Haven type places, but a pool would be nice.
Thank you.
(and thanks to you lot, I am now considering relocating idea from suffolk to Trewan Hall at St Columb Major, it looks gorgeous!;0))

We stayed at this camp site in Cromer Norfolk last year. Lovely site really clean, good play area for the kids plus a large field for them to play football. Nice walk into Cromer from the site also you can walk to Morrisons and Aldi supermarket. Lots to do in the area:-
Try Rendlesham forest, the sites called forest camping its lovly there the kids will love it too loads to do especially if you have bikes, and Woodbridge is near by
------------- its our imperfections that makes us perfect
Clippesby Hall (probably fully booked) and Woodhill Lark in addition to those already suggested. You may well find many fully booked. There's also woodlands but that is caravans only, don't know if you have a tent or not,
------------- From tents to trailer tents to a tin tent to an air tent to trailer tent and back to tin tent!
