Hi we aren't sure where to go. We are travelling with another family. We both have large tents 7.5m X 4m
We would ideally like a pool and entertainment, plenty for the kids to do.
Can you lovely people recommend anywhere nice please.
Thank you in advance

Anywhere nice? You'll probably get a few recommendations if you can let us know how far or how long you're prepared to travel - there are several such sites within a few kms drive of Hull, but they involve a ferry crossing and as you've posted in the UK Section I guess you don't mean those!
If you want to stay close Burton Constable is nice, popular with families. Bit further afield Jasmine Park between Scarborough and Pickering, Leekworth in County Durham is also very nice, short walk into village of Middleton in Teesdale.
Our personal favourites are Clover Fields near Buxton (adult only) and of course Fforest Fields but that's about a 6 hour drive - although worth it.
We have a large tent so you wouldn't have issues at any of these.
Sorry just editing as seen you want pool and entertainment, none of my sites have either.
------------- May/June - Spring Valley
Aug/Sept - Leekworth
Travelling isn't an issue. We are thinking of going to France next year but this year want to stay in the uk.
Want to be a bit away from the area we live.
Thank you x
We're going down to Stowford Farm Meadows near Woolacombe in Devon again this - 3rd year running.
We are taking our third different setup this year
yr 1 Outwell Nevada MP with added porch awning taking our footprint to same size as yours which more than amply fitted on the pitch with plenty of space
Yr 2 Cabanon Espace 5m x 5.5m again amply fitted on pitch with space
Yr 3 Cabanon Concorde Trailer tent which we have been advised will still fit with ease on the pitch we have fitted (we dont go til later in the holidays)
The drag down is lengthy but boy is it worth it.
The site is constantly updating itself, provides full entertainment over the summer, has plenty to do - swimming pool etc etc
For me and the family the HUGE bonus is Woolacombe beach -words really cannot describe how brill it is - shallow waters, brilliant for surfing/bodyboarding and the beach stretches for 3 miles with super soft sand (not like the east coast)
I just wish that Hull was closer BUT I can't grumble - at least being a drive away the "Up North Stresses" have gone by the time you get down there.
Good luck with your search
