We've booked for a few days here on a part of the Whitsand caravan park called The Meadows, which overlooks the estuary. Has anyone been and stayed on this bit? I've looked on here and last reviews were years ago, and on tripadvisor and it doesn't get great reviews for the super full service pitches, but the Meadows is hook up only and sounds like it might be better after talking to them.
The positioning of the actual site is perfect for us, just wondering if anyone has been at all, thanks.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
We know the area well as we live nearby but haven't been into the campsite. The access isn't great for caravans along the old military road along the cliff top but if you are just taking tents it will be fine,. It's a part of Cornwall well known to locals and Janners, but few tourists get there.

Hi there
thank you for replying. We holiday in Kingsand and Cawsand every year so know the area well. Generally in a cottage although once in a Yurt at Maker which was a bit of a disaster. Only a tiny caravan so I think we should be ok but campsites are rare in that area which is a shame. So I was just trying to get some insider info on the site itself rather than the proffessional blurb.Ah well, we shall stay and write a site review based on that side of the camp for others.
