Could anyone recommend a campsite either within walking distance or with public transport to the Edan Project please. I'm looking to visit during September when children are back at school. I'm a member of CC and C&CC clubs.
We're in a motorhome and would like EHU and decent showers. Thanks

We stayed at River Valley touring park. We got 7 nights for 5 which cost us 80.00. It was a very nice site, clean large flat pitches. Indoor pool if you needed. It was a short drive to Eden Project but I am sure you could catch a bus from outside the site. You could ring and ask.j x
Chacewater park, bus stop 3miutes from the site into Truro bus station and then catch a bus to the Eden project, sorry if that is too much of a favourite we were there in June for a fortnight lovely site
Bus service 101 runs from St Austell town to Eden project, but that means a taxi to the bus from your campsite. However there is abundant motorhome parking at Eden so the easiest thing is to go and park there for your visit before you go to the campsite of your choice.

Many thanks for the replies. I have found a site called Doubletrees that was recommended. Hopefully they can accommodate us in September.
I will be sure to do reviews when I return.

You used to get a discount on admission if you arrived by public transport, don't know if this still applies.Could be worth a phone call.
See "Discounted entry" (bottom right of this page}.
