My daughter and her partner want to spend a few days next week doing some surfing in either North Devon or North East Cornwall and are trying to find a suitable campsite. They will only have a small tent and a car and are not looking for anything that is all-singing-all-dancing - just basic clean facilities like showers, loos and dishwashing area. But they would ideally like a site that is close walking distance of a surfing beach. I have found a couple (both at Croyde) that looked ideal but they both close at the end of this month and it will be early Sept when my daughter can go - between finishing her summer job and returning to Uni. Needless to say, as students their budget is small! Any suggestions would be welcomed, thanks.
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
North Morte Farm at Mortehoe. Dramatic coastal views, adjacent to coastal footpath and a few minutes drive from Woolacombe Beach. Mortehoe has three nice pubs and a chippy.
