You will not get your motor home into Port Issac. Very narrow and restricted. Good sized public car park on top of the hill and walk intovillage.

Never could see the attraction of Port Issac. Purest tourist trap in the area.
Park at Port Quin and walk the coast park.

Rosie, just about every campsite in North Cornwall is listed on here, but identifying the ones with buses at the gate for motorhome owners is more tricky. The Laurels touring park near Wadebridge has buses into Padstow and might be easier for you than driving there and parking a motorhome.

Not quite north Cornwall, but you can overnight at the car park by the harbour in Appledore, north Devon for £5!
We spent the last night of our recent trip there, and it was lovely. We were right next to the river, with views across the estuary and out to sea. Drifting off to sleep to the sound of the water lapping was lovely.
It's a really pretty little place, with some lovely pubs, too.

Padstow Touring Park. Lovely site, walk or bus into Padstow. Dog friendly. Camel Trail lovely dog walking from Padstow too!
