Sandringham ccc site fantastic!!! Sandringham out of the gate , perfect for cycling and walking the parkland is there to use by the public except the bit in v close proximity to the house . Ive been twice large pitches , perfect!
Scratby Hall Caravan park is great, outdoor pool also. Nice and flat, shop and well kept. Easy access to the beaches, we has gear weather, it's a bit of a gem.
Book if you want Sandringham - we turned up (our usual way) & were turned away. We stayed nearby at Rickels, much cheaper but not in the middle of a forest for walks, did fine. Loads of choice for sites however.
We did find Norfolk massively busy in the summer, villages grid-locked & parking very difficult so the cycling idea sounds like a good one.
Seacroft CC site Cromer. We cycled a lot whilst there but it's mainly on roads.Lovely walk along the beach from East Runton to Cromer. No dog restrictions in summer until you reach Cromer beach and promenade. It had entertainment some nights and an outdoor swimming pool. You will have to book early for school holidays.
I would also recommend Seacroft. There is a pool and small pub / restaurant with pool table etc. where teens tend to hangout. Fab position and although we haven't been for a couple of years it is definitely still on my do again list.
