I would imagine what you need is a site with storage. Many do this. You will obviously have to find someone to tow it to the site of your choice, but once it's there the site staff will do the rest. Just give the site a call when you want to use the van, and they will tow it out of storage and site it for you. Alternatively, if you want it left on a particular pitch on the site, you can take out a seasonal pitch. Just find a site you like and contact the owners.
