we just returned from south meadows caravan park in Belford. It really is a nice quiet park although it is quite big. Theres paddocks at bottom of site where you drive in and theyre nice and private. Oh and its pitch black a\t night. Hope this helps but you wont be stuck as there is quite a few in that area. Its about 10 mile north of Alnwick

Greensfield Moor CL is very close to Alnwick, has a pub and garage almost next door. Near the A1 so good access and only a faint hum which you soon get used to. Has ehu but no loos or showers.

I'll second South Meadows at Belford.   Village 5-10min walk. Coop store, pubs, chippy ,coffee shop/ tea room.Sunnyhills Farm shop next door.
South Meadows site is up with the best the UK has to offer. Prices are reasonable.

Annstead Farm is walking distance from Seahouses and Beadnell. Excellent site, but you need to be a member of C&CC.

WE ARE OFF TO GREENSFIELD MOOR THIS YEAR, USING IT AS A STOP OVER ON THE WAY DOWN FROM SCOTLAND . SOUNDS VERY GOOD AND THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFULL.

Glolorum is a nice site and with very friendly owners. The showers/toilets are immaculate and the pitches are well looked after
