A friend and I would like to find a campsite that would have us for a few days. However we've got 6 dogs (mostly well behaved) between us so ideally need one that will allow us to put up windbreaks round the caravan to give us somewhere to let them mooch a little as not ideal to tether them.
Technically we only need one pitch as we'll share my caravan, four of the dogs will sleep in her caged out van and my car so need somewhere we can have two vehicles on the pitch with an awning too. Two oldies get caravan privileges! We mostly camp for dog agility shows but thought it would be nice just to have a bit of a relaxing holiday after a show at Catton hall later in the year.
The garden thing is normal for agility shows but I know it might not be allowed on some campsites. Facilities wise electric hookup and some toilets/ showers. Any extras would be a bonus.
Would prefer grass pitches as my old terrier doesn't like gravel surfaces under her feet - always looks like she's walking on hot coals!
We should be off site for most of the days, looking forward to some long walks and have nice tired chilled out dogs by the evenings!
thanks
