We have never come across any sites with a designated area just for adults. However, some sites ask where you want to go & sensibly put families closest to the play area; guess that could result in an adult-only area farther away until the last pitch left is right by the swings.
Might work for segregating dogs? We have one, but I appreciate that folk use the "no dogs allowed" tab when searching for sites.

Never been just read it when looking a site in that area.

The Ship and Anchor Marina Campsite at Ford near Arundel has a small area for 'couples'. Unfortunately it doesn't have EHU in that area so I use the main field which is usually quiet anyway.
