Has anyone been to this site recently? I can't find any recent reviews. Need to drive through garden centre car park and use of electric meters are the issues which concern me.

It all depends how you define the word recent. Less than 2 years ago I would consider recent enough to be able to make a fair judgment on a particular campsite.

It's in the britstops book and we stayed overnight there 2 years ago. The site is still there but wasn't open. Water was still turned on and bins were there but looked as though it hadn't been used for a while.

Thanks. The pic of the site makes it look deserted but they are open andI have been able to book. My concern was electric meters and access through a car park which can sometimes be difficult.
We are both shattered and in need of a break. The garden centre attached has a restaurant so could eat out! Will do an up to date review.

I haven't been to the cl but have been to the garden centre. There's a short driveway from the entrance off a roundabout to the car park and the cl is at the bottom of the car park. I can't see you will have any problem from what I remember and also remember the site and it's entrance have been inspected by the CC so must be ok.
The restaurant is on an alpine theme and can get busy at a weekend.

Thanks.Harry.We have found a few cls with very tight entrances and especially pubs wth cars scattered apparently at random. Used to be a challenge when younger but get nervous in 70s!,
