Hi, does anyone know of any CL or CS type sites that have separate enclosed pitches?
I'm sure I read about one in the Cotswold area that had a couple of these type of pitches. Unfortunately I didn't make a note of it at the time and can't find it now.
Thanks in advance.

Just to clarify, by enclosed I mean fenced. The site I read about specifically marketed these for fog owners, meaning that dogs were enclosed on your pitch but not tethered all the time. Wish I had made a note of the name now!
Thanks

Welcome to UKCS, Craftycrone. The OP doesn’t post much, so you might not get a reply.
I’ve never seen fenced off dog (or child) proof individual pitches, it would be an expensive thing for an owner to do.
But there are plenty of threads about solid screens to enclose a “yard” around your door. (Find them with the Search tab.) Hope that helps.
Thinking about it, actual fencing round pitches would mean awfully fiddly grass cutting, unless they were hard standing - probably too labour intensive to consider for site owners if they were trying to keep the place looking tidy. At least with hedges you could just mow up to the base.
------------- Always edited for sloppy typing - when I spot it!
The only site I have ever seen with hedges separating the pitches was near Weston-Super-Mare, but that wasn't in any way dog-proof. The front was completely open and our little dog could have easily got through the side hedges as there were gaps at the bottom. I would think pitches that were fenced all round individually would be extremely rare, and I've certainly never come across one.
The only completely fenced off, enclosed and dog-proof pitches I have seen are those used by the wardens/staff who live on site.

This site is called Stonebridge Farm Caravan Park. The pitches aren't completely enclosed though, but each pitch has a high hedge separating it from the pitches either side. There is a high hedge at the back all down that side of the field. The front of each pitch is completely open, giving views of the large open space in the middle where children can play. It's a lovely site.
