Looking to have a week in Cornwall then moving on to Dorset for a week, I have 2 dogs that need lots of excesses so even though we're out and about all day I need a campsite that has a decent off-lead excesses area?

I think I've been spoilt recently by 3 trips to Ross Park with their fantastic dog facilities!

It's more the Dorset site I'm looking for, at the minute I'm thinking of East Creech as we've stayed before and I think there was a little orchard at the top of the site?

Any recommendations gratefully received

Inside Park at Blandford Forum has a large wooded area where dogs are allowed, and there are deer, which would certainly give your dogs plenty of exercise!

You are missing Devon! Dartmoor is 365 square miles of doggy paradise, I know, I live here and walk my dog. Just make sure you have control over your dog and stay away from roaming stock, I walk my dog on the moor nearly every day, plus the numerous NT/WT woods around. More dog walking than even my working Spaniel can cope with!

Seaview International has a dog walking area and is a short (but steep!) walk to a dog-friendly beach.

I too think the first two replies in this thread are totally uncalled-for and hope the OP realises not everyone is so judgemental and rude.

Thanks to the OP for mention of Ross Park, which I've just checked out. A site with a dog shower is always of interest to me.
