Few years ago we went camping in a tent ,it was between Corfe Castle and Swanage (turned Left about 2 miles from castle) ,only open summer time .down lane,round to right and into a wood/ Forest area once down the track,2 big fields before wood camping ,you Pitched up and lad came round.Had a small area for Pizza . Anyone remember what its called if still open Please, Dont think it was Toms

I wonder if it might have been Knaveswell Farm (can't find it listed on here but appears to be a "glamping" site now, formerly a basic campsite).
Are you sure you turned left off the main road?
Acton Field has a limited opening season, but is near Tom's Field so would, like the two sites doortje suggests, involve a right turn off the Corfe Castle to Swanage road.

Jbucksgirl, from your description that definitely sounds like Burnbake to me. Make sure you phone ahead, they are often full because it is so popular, not surprising really as it is a great place.
