There probably won't be many self catering chalet/caravan parks open in November in West Cornwall say from Hayle down towards Lands End. As an idea one at Leedstown and one at Relubbus, mobile homes, are £600-£700 for 14 nights. I don't think that's cheap but it gives you an idea. The one at Leedstown was a special offer reduced from £900 for a fortnight in November. These are both on sites with a fair few units.
There may be some places with just a couple of mobile homes privately that may be cheaper.
