I run a Boys' Brigade Company in Co Down and need a suitable Caravan Park/Campsite in North Wales to hold our Annual Camp for a week in July 2018 for 20/25 Boys and leaders.
We are well organised and well behaved and can supply names of referees of sites where we have camped recently.
Could anyone recommend a site in North Wales who would be willing to accommodate us.

If you're coming in early July (I think your local school holidays start a bit earlier than the Welsh and English ones?)) I'd suggest Pall Mall Farm on the outskirts of Tywyn, for example (which usually hosts a Camping and Caravanning Club Temporary Holiday Site from around mid-July to early August), but have a trawl through the lists and I'm sure you'll find somewhere suitable!
Golden Sunset camping fields on Anglesey has rally fields with basic facilities. The site overlooks a great beach and is just five minutes walk from Benllech village with its shops, takeaways and cafes, and being just off the main road round the island it's ideally placed for driving to other places, also for walking the Anglesey Coastal Path passes the bottom of the site and you can fish or go crabbing from the nearby rocks.

I think Shell Island would be ideal BUT tucked away in their Ts & Cs is "Shell Island is a families and couples campsite only and do not accept any groups."
...Although I don't know whether "any" includes recognised youth groups. Might be worth Ivan giving them a call?
If you read the reviews there appears to be lots of people camping in 'groups' at Shell Island and I am aware of a group who used to meet there regularly at one time so I don't think they are too strict on groups. The site is huge with a 'pitch anywhere' system so groups may not be too obvious but always best to phone and ask to make sure, especially if identified by boys brigade uniforms

glad you got sorted but if you need another place as backup, try Cae Du in Beddgelert. they have places for DofE so I would think you would get in there with no problem.
