Anyone camped here recently. Taking my wife and 2 kids for a week soon. Cant find much pictutes of campsite ... if anyone has been recently would like to know there opinions or experiences....also never took family camping for 7 nights before.....

Hi
Been a few times.
Last time was Easter this year,and it was a case of arriving at a flooded site.
Personaly as you arrive at the touring reception, i would if you can pitch behind there.
Good level pitches get on inner circle if you can.
Noise from road is not that bad to be honest.
Site overall is ok, although we feel it as been going down hill last couple of years.
Easy access to beach and great for the dog. Kids areas ok.
Cleethorpes is a nice little town. Big Tesco nearby for Shopping.
If you fancy something differant Donna Nook bombing range is down the road, check out when they are bombing. think there is a face book page with the information.

Still a good site overall to be honest, toilets kept clean etc, but that is down to fellow campers to help keep tidy.

Hope you enjoy your stay, we have had some good holidays there and other Havens on the east / and west coasts.

Thanks Ray . Will defo check out the level section as it is very vital to get on. Do u know if there is a kids play park next to the campsite. Its good to chill and let the little ones run about. I have been once before caravan. Thoufht it was the best haven i had been too. Was about 10 years ago...dont remember the camp section. Not seen any pictures of the layout tbh either.

The area behind the touring reception, as the kids park, thats why i park there with grandaughter lol.
It was good, still is good, we on a personal note say that only.
May depend on time of visit etc, i will be going again so cannot be that bad!!!
