Hi, we are a large group of families looking for a basic field for the weekend. We would like to be able to have a campfire & obviously will make noise as there are 34 of us. Please help as we only want to have family & friend time but can’t find anywhere. Many thanks

Usual advice is to look for campsites with a rally field or try for exclusive hire of a certificated site.

Would be 'helpful' to know where and when you are camping then OP's group could avoid you.

I would be tempted to look at smaller farm style sites, often these have no marked pithces so easier to pitch sensibly as a group, my advice would be to find a few locations and phone and have an honest chat with the owner.



We often camp with other family members or friends is that not what camping is about?
Although we are normally not as many as 34!


We have a group of 25 booked at a sight near Bodmin in September, spread over 8 units. Not all groups fit stereotypes!
