Not seen any in my UK travels to date, except looking through the fence at travelling people's caravan sites.
How much was your Dutch pitch?
About £60/night - pitch is massive and the facilities were great - loved it!

If you are able to go out of season (June or September) they do a great special deal. We are paying 535 Euros for the period 11th June to 6th July. That is with the private bathroom but Electric is extra according to usage. This year I paid £30 for 33 nights. But they don't allow pets.
La Garangeoire in the Vendee has just installed ensuite facilities on a couple of their pitches as a trial but we gave them a miss as the price was ridiculous.

I would second Camping Haliotis at Pontorson as we stayed there a few years ago and were lucky enough to get one of the pitches with en suite facilities and it was superb. Shower, toilet, mirror with socket for hairdryer and a storage cabinet and best of all a heated towel rail all in a locked unit with a shared dishwashing facility just outside so no need to use the main toilet blocks at all. Obviously very popular. Each one in a block of 4 with the 4 pitches around the block.Photo attached
We have just come back form the Flaasbloem near Chaam in the Netherlands, that had en-suite toilets on some of the pitches. We didn't have one but had a good nosy at one (not occupied) when walking past and they looked nice.
