Hi guys,

We're getting hitched in August next year and the Mrs wants a camping hen do, ideally she wants somewhere quite lienient and prefably near some night life or with a club house / entertainment.

Can anyone any suggestion for campsite that meet the above criteria in the South Wales/ south west area please?

Tricky one! As campsites have to cater for all, including families with young children, young single people or couples, and pensioners, they nearly all have a noise regulation curfew. This is usually around 11pm.
Most parties I went to when I was young didn't hardly get started by then!

Tents are not exactly sound-proof, and caravans aren't that much better, so campsites tend not to be very suitable places for late-night parties as they have to compromise. Hence the 11pm curfew.

You'd probably need to hire out an entire site, or at least a rally field, so unless the hen do is massive you probably won't get a club house / entertainment on site. Have a look for certified sites near civilisation and give them a call to discuss it. They tend to be small so you ought to be able to get exclusive use if you give them enough notice.

Might be worth looking at pub sites too. They're mostly smallish and likely to be amenable by being booked by people who intend to drink.
