We are looking to rent out our caravan to contractors, Tradesmen Mondays to Friday's. It's based in Kimmel Bay. Near rhyl North Wales. Its based on Golden Sands holiday park. Sleeps 6. Top spec caravan

I would be checking very carefully that the site it is on allows it AND that your insurance also allows it.

And don't forget to notify the Tax Office that you are now self employed.

More importantly you would be a landlord and would need insurance in case of a claim plus the caravan has to be inspected annually for gas certification.
IMHO not worth it as more than likely the caravan would be damaged. We would not even consider letting relatives sue our caravan.
