Do the CCC still issue a pricing supplement?
I can find no mention of prices on the website or in the booklet "Siteseeker 2019-20"
I find the booking already cumbersome, having to input my motorhome dimensions every time, and inputting the dates before you can get an idea of the price.The booking has a habit if defaulting to "tent" if you are not careful.
As a touring person I want to plan trips with an idea of the prices without having to do trial and error searches.
Most other sites publish their scale of charges.

I have found the pricing very confusing on the website so now if I want to book a site I ring them direct.

Friends who are members are also fed up with the complicated website and find it easier to phone up the site, like paul+julie.

I'm sure CCC sites are very popular and maybe they want to put people off but if they're putting off members, something's wrong. You ought to be able to get a definite price on the website.

Use club sites regular and have never found any problem. just go on booking ,select site and date ,put in details and select type of pitch required. price comes up. Either book and pay deposit on card or just leave site. Nothing simpler,far quicker than phone, and get a confirmation Email in minutes.

From memory, the CCC owned site prices used to vary up & down through the year depending on how quiet the site was - prices lowest when they're most quiet. (That doesn't apply to the CSs & the Independant sites in the handbook.) So the prices were in a min - max band for the low middle & high season.
However, knowing CCC, that might have changed again because it didn't work.
TBH, we always rely on the UKCS site finder - it's got way way more sites listed than CCC. We stay in CCC for the CSs.

My original point was that the price ranges do not seem to be published.I agree with birdman101 that online booking is quite easy, but it could be better, such as remembering members information and outfit, and not defaulting to TENT.An availability calendar would be useful (I seem to remember this was available some years ago).
I am sure that I am not the only person who uses campsites a lot, and are on limited budgets, who prefer to study prices before booking.
In my case I often book a site online the day before, or even on the same morning. CCC sites are not often on the list as a minimum 2 nights has to be booked online, so stopovers have to be on small sites, which are sometimes bookable online, or need a quick phone call.
I have no doubt the online booking system is fine if you are booking a holiday in one place, but touring with one night stopovers is not so easy.

Tried booking a site yesterday on their website ,got 4 different prices come up when asked to pay ,then a form appeared saying a problem had accured and ask me to give them feedback,told them if this keeps occurring people will be put off booking,
I tried again later and was able to book site with them given me another price,this was the cheapest price quoted.

Update,
It appears that the pricing supplement is sent out with the "Siteseeker 2019-20 guide, which is only available to full members. The guide itself does not cross-reference sites to the price bands in the supplement.
I pay the reduced subscription, getting the magazine online and not getting the sites book.
Therefore I am in the same situation as non members at the time of booking, namely that I do not know a price until booking.Prices for non members are not mentioned in the supplement, only that you have to ring the booking centre.
