I’m travelling from Pooley Bridge to Hawes been advised to go m6 to junction 36 into A65 past Kirby Lonsdale onto Ingleton turn off into B6255 onto hawes .
Has any one traveled this route

I would come off junction 37 and follow the a684 which takes you into hawes,

The most straightforward road is through Kirby Lonsdale to Ingelton and then cross over to Hawes and the views are great.
We have done the other way also and the roads are much smaller, windy roads.
But I would imagine that coming from Pooley bridge it may be quicker to go theA684 way.

Thanks I think I will stick with the Inglelton road as that is recommended by the caravan club
