Hi,
I'd like to cycle the Isle of Wight and was wondering where the cheapest campsite (for a one man tent) with minimal facilities is?
I'm not a member of any camping clubs etc.

If you go to the camp site search facility at the top of the page and type in Newport, IOW, that will show pretty much all of the sites on the island. You can also apply filters for what you want/don't want. In the absence of specific recommendations, this is a great facility.

This campsite has facilities for backpackers/cyclists and is a nice smaller site. Backpacker rate is at £8.50-£10.
