No kennels will take a dog that's not vaccinated, if they're a legitimate business. They can't risk the other dogs catching something.
If your dog's not been vaccinated against kennel cough, remember that it's a live vaccine. That means you can't leave the dog at kennels immediately after getting the jag - I can't remember how long you have to wait, your vet will advise, but it's several days.
