does anybody know of any caravan parks in north yorkshire

that takes hobby caravans for seasonal pitches

I think Airey Farm site at Whitby does. I'm sure I saw a German caravan there a few weeks ago.

Try Wombleton Caravan Park. They don't have a problem with German caravans.

Could someone with a "Hobby " please let me know whether or not they have actually been refused entry to a site or if it is simply another urban myth.
I have often been told that sites in France don't accept twin axle caravans and yet I have never even been asked how many axles it has when checking in.

I have a twin axle caravan hobby been refused by a lot of sites
one in perticuler was the wild rose at hutton s essay north yorkshire

I've had a Hobby for 9 years, been refused twice, we use about a dozen sites a year,this comes up regularly on this forum and the ones that say there's a problem have never had one.

We think the Hobby's are great but have been put off due to the above problems and the sort of people that they appeal to for stealing.

There are two Hobby caravans on seasonal pitches at Ty Isaf near Bala, so no problem there - though not much use to the OP, who was wanting Yorkshire.
