We are staying here for 1 night on the way to Ulverston, can anyone local tell me where the nearest food shop is, if at the nearest garage, even better.

BP petrol station and mini supermarket just off motorway jnc you will pass it on the left going to site half a mile further on. other wise Standish (one mile the opposite way) has more shops and a couple of bigger supermarkets,Dont take the van though go solo (parking!!!)

the garage is very expensive. very.

nice toilets though and a costa.

standish is a better bet, with aldi, spar and lidl all open late.

theres also a co-op opposite the church in standish.
